When asking you for personal information via our Website our goal is to gather information that will directly assist us to provide you with the best treatment and service we can. As a heath care provider it is essential that we correctly identify you and match the information you provide to your unique health record within our internal systems.
Besides our staff, information you provide to us may be shared with others, including:
Our 3rd Party partner, 3POINTDATA Inc who provide our Online Appointment Booking portal. Clicking the Book Online buttons on our home page will redirect you to their website. They have their own Privacy Policy which you can view.
Other Dental Industry Professionals (such as Dental Specialists, Dental Laboratories etc)
Ministry of Health, ACC in the case where we claim for subsidised treatment care on your behalf.
Health Insurance companies when requested by you to assist with the processing of a claim.
Any other parties necessary for us to fulfil our duties to provide you patient care and treatment.
The information we share with others varies and is only what is necessary to perform our duties and provide services to you.
Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter identifying information and treatment need details, we’ll be unable to provide dental services to you via our website enquiry form, or through our online appointment booking portal. You may still seek our services by telephone, email or in person.
The information you provide to us will be kept by us and form part of your Health Record. Dentists are legally required to keep health records for a minimum of 10 years from the last date for which dental health services were provided for the individual, this includes the history of any appointments.
Security
The security of your Personal Data is important to us, and we strive to implement and maintain reasonable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information we store, in order to protect it from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure.
However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure but we take reasonable precautions to protect your information.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
