COVID-19 Important Patient Information

Dear Patients,

We wish to advise that for the duration of Alert Level 3 all routine and non-urgent dental treatment including Exams and Hygiene visits must be postponed, Ministry of Health and NZ Dental Council guidelines only allow us to resume routine dental treatment at Level 2.  These guidelines are in place to keep the public and our staff safe while community transmission of COVID-19 is occurring.

At Alert Level 3 our reception team are available to discuss any urgent/emergency treatment needs you may have between 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Please note we are not taking advance bookings for Level 2 at this time.  We will commence taking new bookings for Level 2 after we have confirmation of the alert level drop and the group of patients who had their bookings cancelled have been rebooked.

If you had an appointment booked which cannot proceed due to the current alert level we will be in touch with you in due course to advise of new arrangements when the alert level drops, and have put aside future time in our schedules to give priority to patients who have had their treatment delayed.  We ask for your patience when the alert levels shift as our team will have a significant number of patients to make contact with to reschedule bookings.
